NEED A PARTNER? WE WILL PUT YOU IN CONTACT
 WITH OTHERS NEEDING RIDES.

Each rider must sign a release.  Each rider or someone pays for all their rides. Enter each team only once. CHECK THE CLASS ENTERING AND ENTER ONLY ONE CLASS PER ENTRY FORM. The only difference between this & local assoc. entries is that the riders total their tab & pay the Fair. At local assoc., the sec. totals the tabs. The entry form has lines for riders names & ratings but if they are already submitted, there is no reason to duplicate anything.  Ratings will only be used for the am., novice & youth.

Send all entries only once. Each rider can send their money with a note stating which classes they are paying. Fair is sending receipts. Check your receipt for accuracy. Contact the Fair office with questions about payments.

State Fair Entry & Payment Info:
Communicate with your teams. Duplicate payments & entries may not be caught. Refunds from the State Fair will take time so pay & enter only one time for each team.
There will be no refunds from the State Fair for any reason other than duplicate payments.
Entries must be paid in full by September 1, 2011 or pay $100 per rider late fee. Cash or credit cards only will be accepted after September 1, 2011.
If you pay for your ride on time & your partner doesn't pay on time, only your partner must pay the $100 late fee.
Any rider substitutions, only with good reason, will have to be approved by the show superintendent prior to the day of the class.
Absolutely no rider will be allowed to compete in any class unless all of the riders entries are paid in full.
Entries will be accepted, with late fee, at the Fair grounds livestock office for any class which has not filled.
