UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87 CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: For the privilege of boarding/ participating at Bar S Arena, I agree to release Bar S, its owners, managers, sponsors, J.R. and Zee Sykes, or anyone connected with the Bar S Arena, from any liability for any article lost or stolen or destroyed, nor will I hold them liable for any injuries sustained by horse, rider, exhibitor, spectator or guest. I assume total responsibility for myself, family, guests, and animals.

$100 per rider
$25 non-refundable deposit is due at time of sign up and prior to clinic date.

Bar S all day clinics start at 9:00 a.m.

Evening clinics-$75 per rider.
