$50 DEPOSIT DEADLINE (TO
SECURE YOUR ENTRY) MAY 1, 2010.
$150 PAYMENT IN FULL DEADLINE AUGUST 15, 2010.
(Must be 18 or older to enter)
Entry forms are currently available to 80 contestants.
Entries will be taken until
we receive 80 entries or
August 15 whichever is first.
Registration Fees:
Non-refundable $50 deposit due by May 1, 2010 will reserve
your entry with balance of
non-refundable $100 due by August 15, 2010. Entries not
paid in full by August 15, 2010
will be considered cancelled and available to those on our
waiting list.
Enter individually or in pairs.
Teams will be drawn to make teams of 4 cowgirls.
Novice to Open Riders Welcome. No experience needed.
No dogs allowed in barn or arenas.

No Hook Ups available but plenty
of parking for your trailer (no charge). Generators may be
used. Portable pens may be set up and tie ups are okay.
Stalls and outside pens will be available
@ $10 per stall per night. Must have reservations for
stall or pen. First come, first served.

the property, from any liability for any
article lost, stolen or destroyed, nor will I hold them
liable for any injury sustained by horse, rider,
exhibitor, spectator or guest. I assume total
responsibility (specifically any financia
l and legal responsibility) for myself, family, guests,
and property.

permitted use and/or to participate in, enter upon and use
the facilities

herself and all persons under his
management and control including minor children,
acknowledge the dangers of
participating and in the use and enjoyment of the
facilities do agree to extraordinary
care and prudence in his activities and those of charges,

waives discharges and covenants not to sue organizers or
